Join a Team
Whether you are new to missions or have served cross-culturally before, joining a team can be a meaningful step of faith. If you are willing to learn, listen, serve, and follow the Lord’s leading, we invite you to begin the application process and explore where God may be calling you to go.
Introduction
Jesus has given His church a clear calling: “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations” (Matthew 28:19). At Co-Missions Global, we help followers of Jesus take faithful steps into that calling through short-term mission partnerships that support local ministries, strengthen long-term gospel work, and serve communities with humility and care.
Joining a team is not simply about signing up for a mission. It is about prayerfully discerning whether a specific mission opportunity is a good fit for your gifts, experience, spiritual maturity, and desire to serve. Because our teams work alongside trusted ministry partners around the world, we take time to get to know each applicant and help prepare them to serve well.
How the Process Works
After you apply, our team will follow up to begin a simple interview and discernment process. This helps us learn more about your background, your interest in missions, your walk with Christ, and the ways you hope to serve.
As part of this process, we seek to ensure that each participant aligns with our Statement of Faith and understands the heart behind Co-Missions Global. Our desire is to send team members who are prepared to serve humbly, respect local leadership, and participate in gospel work with clarity and unity.
We also work to determine whether a particular trip is the right fit for each candidate. Different opportunities may require different skills, levels of experience, physical capacity, ministry background, or cultural considerations. Our goal is to help every participant join a team where they can serve faithfully and meaningfully.
How You Might Serve
